As head of Monarch, Dr. Peggy Terhune is one of many helping to realize the vision for the Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center. As the center takes shape, Terhune joined the Cabarrus County “Did Y’all Hear?” podcast to share more about the organization, which touts a vision of “a world where all people can achieve their unique potential.”
